Answer: We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on every regularly stocked flower, plant and tree you purchase from our site as long as you notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Note: This guarantee does not apply to special orders or custom built items as clearly stated in the item description.
Question: Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Answer: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it’s completely secure.
Question: What is your privacy policy?
Answer: We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell or share any of your information.
Question: How do you determine the height of your products?
Answer: In keeping with industry standards, any flowers, plants and trees that come with a pot are measured from the floor to the outstretched tip on the top (including the pot). Flowers, plants and trees that do not include a pot are measured from the base of the stem to the outstretched tip on the top. Ferns and vines are measured in width as stated in the description.
Question: How will my product be shipped?
Answer: All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service.
Question: What if my order is Lost or Damaged in transit:
Answer: Loss or damage by the carrier must be handled by the carrier. Please contact BudToBlooms@pa.net in the event of lost or damaged items for further instructions.
Question: How much shipping is added to my order?
Answer: Due to our large volume contracts, we offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. The shipping charge is $8.00 on all orders under $100.00. Please note - additional charges may apply to special orders and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Most order ship within 3 business days except special orders and custom built items as noted in the description of the item purchased. Actual delivery time will vary based on the carrier, the shipping date and the customer location.
Question: Do you take international orders?
Answer: Not at this time, just orders placed in the United States of America.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Cancellations received prior to shipping will receive full credit. Cancellations received after the order has shipped will be charged the actual shipping costs and a 7% credit card processing fee.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be shipped to the Return Address given with that Authorization Number. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply read our return policy below and send an email to: RETURN REQUEST. Please make sure your subject line reads Return Authorization. Provide us with the Name of the Purchaser, Delivery Date and Reason for the Return Request. We will contact you within 3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please Note: special orders and custom built trees are not returnable, as clearly stated in the description of the item.
(1) Due to the seasonal nature of our products, the "Return Request" must be received within 5 business days after you receive your order. Return requests made after the 5th business day are handled on an individual basis. If accepted, you will receive a store credit for future purchases at BudToBlooms.com.
(2) Returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number to qualify for credit.
(3) Merchandise must be returned in the original box with original packaging in new and salable condition. Any merchandise that is used or damaged by the purchaser will not be credited and will not be returned to the purchaser unless freight is prepaid.
(4) After receipt and inspection credit will be issued to your credit card for the full purchase price of the item returned.
(5) You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the return address. Credit can not be issued until you provide us with the tracking number of your return, delivery is verified and merchandise has been inspected for damage or tampering.

Unauthorized Returns: Any returns shipped to the wrong address or without prior authorization will be refused. If the return is accidentally accepted additional charges will apply as follows: any return made without prior written authorization will be charged a transfer and restocking fee of 25% ($15.00 minimum).
